1. Purpose & Community Focus
The Woolston Emporium market days provide a vibrant platform for local curators and makers. We focus on fostering a supportive community in Christchurch, showcasing unique finds and sustainable creativity.
2. Vendor Eligibility & Stall Allocation
We welcome vendors whose products align with our aesthetic. Stall allocation is at the discretion of management to ensure a balanced and exciting variety for our customers. Applications are reviewed based on product quality and uniqueness.
3. Booking, Fees & Payment Terms
Stall fees must be paid in full to secure your booking. Payment details will be provided upon successful application. All fees are in NZD and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
4. Bump-in/Bump-out & Presentation
Vendors must arrive for setup at least 90 minutes before the market opens. Stall presentation should be professional and tidy. Pack-down (bump-out) must only begin once the market has officially closed to ensure guest safety.
5. Product Guidelines
We pride ourselves on quality. Permitted items include vintage treasures, handmade artisanal goods, repurposed items, and high-quality secondhand finds. We do not accept mass-produced or imported generic goods.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for the safety of their stall area. All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged. Any hazards must be reported immediately to The Woolston Emporium staff.
7. Insurance & Liability
While we take all care, vendors are responsible for their own public liability insurance and the security of their stock. The Woolston Emporium is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
8. Cancellations & Weather
Markets proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
9. Code of Conduct
We value respect and friendliness. Bullying or disrespectful behaviour toward customers, staff, or fellow vendors will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate exclusion from current and future markets.
10. Photography & Marketing
By participating, you agree to allow us to use images of your stall and products for our social media, website, and promotional materials to help spread the word about our amazing market events.

Access for loading is via 200 Ensors Road,The Woolston Emporium, 200 Ensors Road, Woolston, Christchurch. Please follow staff directions for parking and unloading to ensure smooth access for all vendors and customers.
